Blue Cross Blue Shield - We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice and will file claims on your behalf. For information regarding specific plan benefits, contact your insurance provider.

Other Insurance Providers - We are currently out of network with all other insurance providers, but are happy to provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for our therapy services. We also offer reasonable self-pay rates for those who choose not to file with insurance.
